Our focus is on your wellbeing, however you define it. We believe counseling & psychotherapy are important resources that can make a difference in anyone’s life. No one needs to go through challenging times alone.

We also believe that the relationships we form in childhood will have an impact throughout one’s life. For this reason, we offer therapy to most age groups: teenagers (over 13 yo), adults, couples, and groups.

We are only accepting only BCBS insurance from any US state, Health Partners insurance, out-of-network, and self-pay.
