For many of us, the relationship with our spiritual source (God, the Divine, Nature) is essential for a meaningful and fulfilling life. If this is your case, have you considered:
How is your relationship with your spiritual source doing these days?
Do you long for deepening this relationship?
Have you previously engaged in Spiritual Coaching?
If so, please feel free to contact me for a courtesy session.
I am an "interfaith" Catholic married to a Methodist. I have close friends from several spiritual traditions, all of which I greatly respect and appreciate.
I am a Spiritual Direction graduate from the 2-year interfaith program at the Priory Spirituality Center in Lacey, WA.
.My spiritual practice includes prayer, meditation, self-acceptance, forgiveness, and compassion, nature walks, spiritual reading, among others.
Note: Spiritual Coaching is also known as Spiritual Direction, and is not the same as psychotherapy or financial planning.
"Spiritual direction explores a deeper relationship with the spiritual aspect of being human. Simply put, spiritual direction is helping people tell their sacred stories everyday. Spiritual direction exists in all cultural and faith traditions. Spiritual direction helps us learn how to live in peace, with compassion, promoting justice, as humble servants of that which lies beyond all names."
