Life can be tough. As some say, life is a series of traumatic experiences, and we just need to learn how to move on. Our past can bring painful memories and, at the same time, there are ways to overcome these memories, at least partially, and not let them take over our life.past trauma experiences

At our Center, we truly believe in the power of self-acceptance and self-compassion.

We tend to be much kinder and understanding towards others than towards ourselves. Without self-acceptance and self-compassion, it is very hard to move on. We need to be our best friend!

We use therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic/ Yoga Therapy to help clients who feel stuck in their past, feel guilt or shame, and want to move on with their lives.
