To request an appointment,
Our office is fully automated, so scheduling, billing and completing your paperwork are done online. A virtual assistant is available part-time to answer your texts and emails.
1 ) Choose your therapist HERE. We have therapists with different specialties; choose the one that best fits your therapy needs. If you plan to use insurance, be sure it is accepted by the therapist you choose. Also be aware about your insurance benefits (copays, deductibles and out of-network providers) by contacting your insurance before you schedule an appointment. Otherwise, you may end up with a self-pay fee ($160-250 per session).

3 ) Finally, check your email for a confirmation message and a temporary link to your individual online paperwork. Complete this paperwork online at least 24 h before your first session; otherwise, your first appointment will need to be rescheduled. Your online paperwork can also be found in our Client Portal (sign in as an Existing Client and with your personal email). NOTE: Couples need to complete two individual sets of paperwork.
For couples counseling sessions:
If you are scheduling a couples counseling session, please enter different emails for each partner/spouse, and be aware that each of you will have to complete your own individual paperwork. According to the HIPAA law, nobody can complete the paperwork for their partner/spouse.
Important Cancellation Policy and Fees:
We serve the Iowa community and we have waiting lists. We want to make access to therapy available to all in a fair and equitable way. If you schedule an appointment but then decide not to come, please cancel it at least 24h in advance, or a fee will be charged to you. Thank you for understanding!
