Hello and welcome!

I am Elleni and I offer in-person and online sessions throughout the day, evenings, and Saturday mornings. 

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare insurance. My private fee is $180.

My therapeutic approach includes talk therapy, EMDR therapy, and yoga therapy. I work with common life challenges, such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, grief, trauma, and PTSD. Learn more about this clinical approach here.

I am Greek-American, and I am an Eastern Orthodox Christian Mental Health Professional. I work with faith-based and secular clients.

Through compassionate listening, mindfulness, EMDR and yoga practices, we will embark on a transformative journey that honors your goals and the mind-body connection, thus facilitating deeper self-awareness and emotional processing. In our sessions, we will focus on healing and empowerment, enabling you to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and grace.

If so, you are not alone. Life is challenging and teaches us new lessons through hardships. I can help you see your strengths and lessons learned from life and see how special you are as a person.

Are you grieving the loss of a beloved friend, romantic partner, pet, job, or cherished life dream? Have you been feeling stuck in that pain? Do you want support in understanding the grieving process and learning ways to come to terms with it? There are several ways to grieve a loss, and no single path exists to overcome it. Talking to a therapist can help you slow down and mourn your loss at your own pace. “Slowing down is the same as waking up”. I can help you navigate life with steadiness and ease over time.

Are you looking for EMDR, Yoga, or Somatic Therapy?

I am trained in EMDR and working towards my certification. EMDR is a proven method of reprocessing trauma that recognizes that life challenges can be harbored in our psych as well as in our body. EMDR is currently the most sought type of therapy. I am also a registered yoga professional, having completed the 500-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher (E-RYT 500hr) and the Restorative Yoga Training led by Judith Hanson Lasater, PhD. I have had the great experience of leading yoga retreats in Greece, my home country. The combination of all my training allows me to use mindfulness, EMDR, Yoga/Somatic Therapy, in my clinical approach to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and stress. The results of this approach have been life-changing for many people and could be very helpful to you too.
