Online individual therapy sessions are available at our Center. Given the large size of our state, online therapy can be what you have been looking for. It can provide can offer a level of convenience that isn’t possible with in-person therapy.

How Does Online Individual Therapy Work?
First, schedule your appointment online. Once you make your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the necessary intake paperwork. This paperwork needs to be completed one day before the appointment. Then, before your online appointment, you will receive an email with the link to the appointment.
You can attend the appointment with your computer or your smartphone. Be aware that computers tend to have a better connection. At five minutes before the time of the appointment, you will click on the link and join the online therapist. If you get to the online appointment earlier than the therapist, please wait for a few minutes. The therapist will be with you soon!
